3. Concept Drawings

We prepare early sketches and diagrams in-house with our design planner, perfect for exploring layout ideas and starting design discussions for your new build in Tauranga or surrounding areas.

4. Detailed Estimate/Quote

Comprehensive document that breaks down the projected costs: Site preparation, Foundation, Structural work, Exterior finishes, Interior finishes, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), Landscaping, and Contingency.

5. Working Drawings

Either using your own architect or we engage our partner architect for a full set of architectural plans ready for council. This applies to any new build in Mount Maunganui, Papamoa, or Tauranga.
